Your Care Manager works with you to create your Care Plan and is then responsible for managing your supports funded by your Home Care Package. Your care manager is an expert of the aged care system and is there to work with your budget to ensure you have enough funding to have the support you need, and are also able to advocate for re-assessments with My Aged Care if your care needs change.

We can offer insightful clinical opinions for clients with more complex needs. Our registered nurses look after our Home Care Package Level 3 and 4 clients and regularly see and manage wound care, transitions from hospital to home and more.

Meal delivery is a reliable and helpful option for many seniors to maintain a healthy diet without stress. As an alternative to meal preparation with care workers, these services are partially covered with a home care package and require a partial payment from the client.
