We take care of their employment insurance, taxes and workers’ compensation so you don’t have to. As a responsible organisation, we insure our employees and are happy to give you a copy of our certificates of insurance as proof of the various coverage plan we provide for our Care Workers.

The majority of our Care Workers have experience with other in home care companies or residential facilities, but have found a “home” at Home Care Assistance Newcastle, where they are treated with respect and encouraged to be an active contributing member of the team that is caring for you or your loved one.
